For more than two decades, The Elm Massage + Bodywork has been a trusted wellness destination in Palm Harbor, now proudly expanded to Trinity, Florida. Founded by sisters Katie Reschny (MA46325) and Nicole Reardon (MA38634), The Elm was created with one clear mission: to blend advanced therapeutic skill, genuine heart, and meaningful connection into every experience.

Our Story

What began as a shared dream between two sisters has evolved into a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported (not just treated.) Over the years, The Elm has grown from a local massage clinic into a collaborative wellness hub that integrates massage therapy, skincare, and recovery modalities with a whole-body approach to healing.

We are also proud to partner with Ignite Chiropractic, a local family and wellness-based chiropractic practice that shares our philosophy of functional, restorative care. Together, we help our community achieve better movement, alignment, and long-term results…because massage and chiropractic go together like peas and carrots.

Our Mission & Values

At The Elm, we believe true wellness is built through connection, communication, and collaboration between clients, therapists, and our broader community of professionals. We love welcoming referral partners, fellow massage therapists, wellness practitioners, and like-minded business owners into our space to share knowledge, cross-refer, and elevate the level of care available in our area.

Education is central to everything we do. Co-founder Katie Reschny also leads The LMT Refinery, a nationwide continuing education collective that empowers massage therapists to expand their skills and grow their careers. This same commitment to learning and leadership shapes how we train our team and serve our clients each day.
